First Month $1215: Once I discovered that "Slow and Steady Wins The Race" is most important to this concept, I adopted it as my mantra. There is no flurry of insane activity; I go about my business in a structured, organized way that has proven to work. In the first month, my efforts are centered around Craigslist and what importance it has in being the bedrock of Due Diligence. I will write and clear with you content that will run in 4 new ads each day for 5 days a week for a total of 20 ads weekly. This includes only new ads each day, no renews or reposts unless the original ads are run in categories where they normally only have a short run. The ads with longer run times of up to 45 days will be left alone to be read daily by the bots. All ads will coordinate with your SEO, and along with your SEO, will be updated as necessary moving forward. That adds up to 80 brand new ads over the first month. During this time I will also be creating your Cover and photo images for Facebook and putting them in place, along with 6 initial entries (with generic art if required at no additional cost to you). Everything will work in tandem, so if you figure all the time that goes into the Creative, Craigslist, and Facebook agendas, I think you'll start to realize how well worth it this effort is to your goal.
Breakdown for first month is as follows: 4 weeks of Craigslist ads as described above @ $185 week=$740. Building your Facebook page as described above =$475. Note: You can finance this with No payments and No Interest if paid in full in 6 months with PayPal Credit.
Second Month $1040: It's business as usual on the Craigslist front. This means that I'll be repeating the creation of new ads at the same pace they were created in the first month, only this time we'll double our output by renewing and reposting first month ads that have expired. You'll get more and pay less because there's no expensive art to create. But I won't cease creating additional ads if the situation calls for it without you having to pay any additional fees. This serves us well for new business that might respond at this time while giving us a mammoth presence for the bots to read and index. Simultaneously, we'll be keeping up with our Facebook postings at the rate of two entries twice a week while taking advantage of their boosting and ad structures that I feel will best further our agenda. We'll try a variety of real organic searches and see where we are in our stats in order to map out our Month Three strategies based on those findings. Maybe you're happy with our progress thus far and feel that you can do it after the third month on your own. However it goes, one thing that should be a certainty is that your presence on Craigslist and Facebook should never cease.
Breakdown for the second month is as follows: 4 weeks of Craigslist ads as described @ $185 week=$740. 4 weeks of Facebook entries as described @ $75 per 2 daily listings=$300. Note: Let me remind you that consultation is always free, so we'll be discussing additional social media sites we can add, and we'll also discuss running ads in Facebook and things of that nature. The option of doing all those things rests with you and does also mean extra expenses if you opt to add them, but it doesn't mean that we cannot discuss it to plan the
moving forward strategies.
Third Month $1040: This can be your last month of me doing what I do on Craigslist and Facebook. It's also a time to evaluate how we're doing and whether we want to add any other social media sites to our efforts. If things are going well and you think that you can take it from here, then this will be our last month and you can carry on without me.
Breakdown for the third month is as follows: 4 weeks of Craigslist ads as described @ $185 week=$740. 4 weeks of Facebook enries as described @ $75 per 2 daily listings=$300. Note: Let me remind you once again that consultation is always free, so we'll be discussing additional social media sites we can add, and we'll also discuss running ads in Facebook and things of that nature. The option of doing all those things rests with you and does also mean extra expenses, but it doesn't mean that we cannot discuss it and plan the best moves moving forward. Let's discuss how we're doing and how we can do better.
Months Four, Five and Six @ $1040: It's a given that we'll keep compounding our Craigslist and Facebook efforts, so now we're ready for our add-ons. Would it help to introduce you as an expert in your field with an article on Ezine? Should we add another Social Media account or two? Is this a good time for a little PR? These and a million other questions and ideas will surface when we have conversations about what we think is constructive moving forward. Included in what you pay me for these months will be for ghost writing one article if you choose that option or writing one PR release. If you want additional Social Media representation in other places I'll give you special rates for that as well. (Usually setting up a social media site of any kind is a flat rate of $475 with several posts to start you off). I'll supply you with tweets if we decide Twitter is the way to go. I'll even do the art and copy for an email blast if you want to create a legitimate list to send out. (Usually that runs $150 per blast, including the art). You'll get full blown agency assistance for everything we do. But I'll still be here to bounce your ideas off (which I call free consultation) and you'll have an inside track to getting the cheap prices reflected in my cheap philosophy on SITEenstein.com and Cheapadagency.com. I can come up with ideas that I think will not only be cost effective if you're selling merchandise, but also give you a vehicle to increase your exposure as a service entity and make your regular customers return customers; all you have to do is ask. I'm always here when you need me.
Breakdown for these last three months are each the same as the second and third months: 4 weeks of Craigslist ads @ $185 week=$740. 4 weeks of Facebook enries as described @ $75 per 2 daily listings=$300. But during these last three months costs might increase by the introduction of other factors as described in the copy above. It doesn't have to, but if you see a growth spurt as a result of what you have been doing, you might want to further your efforts by adding additional means of exposure. At this juncture the possibilities are exciting to consider and the idea that your spending with me might end could also be an exciting revelation. And don't forget all the extras I include in these last three months as described above.

Before you read the pricing below, let me say that I've changed them several times over the last few weeks in the hopes that I could lower them even more. But it is what it is. It just boils down to a ton of work that requires me to hire outside assistance that I can rely on to execute the day to day posting of ads and entries. It's all my original work on your behalf, but the sheer volume requires that I get help in getting the word out. Besides, there are no long term commitments; so you can quit at any time.
But for what I am giving you, I still consider myself to be the cheapest choice around. Before you plunk your money down, use the consultation I offer freely and email me or give me a call. I'm proud of what I can accomplish on your behalf and always happy to explain what I do. We can go over specifics relating to your needs and you'll feel a lot better about getting started. Think about it this way: You're in business to make money on the internet. If you had a brick and mortar location, or an office somewhere, you'd have to run expensive ads that would each total more than I'm charging you for an entire month. Sure I can make you postcards to mail out, or ads to run, or flyers, brochures, or other things that require postage and printing and...you know what I mean. So where are you going to get, and afford, all the top notch services I provide for the money I'm charging you? And where are you going to get someone to guarantee that if they don't accomplish the goal in six months they'll continue doing it for free until it's done? Think it over and you'll have to agree, doing it my way is the most direct and economical road to success. Enjoy your day. Barry
